Walker & Dunlop (WD) on Wednesday reported Q3 per-share earnings of $1.39 on a GAAP basis, up from $1.15 last year and topping the $1.34 consensus estimate from analysts polled by Capital IQ.

Revenue for the quarter was $212.3 million, increasing from $184.7 million in the prior year and above the $203 million Capital IQ consensus estimate.

The company said its board authorized a Q3 dividend of $0.30 per share, which will be paid Dec. 9 to all holders of the company’s restricted and unrestricted common stock, and restricted stock units as of Nov. 22.

Shares were up slightly up in intraday trading.
